The apartment complex is at a convenient location, close to 101, restaurants and supermarkets. The complex area is quiet and kept clean. The management staff is quite helpful and almost all maintenance requests are completed within 2 business days.

When the time came to renew our lease we figured we'd give it another year, but they refused to tell us the price until 6 days before the lease was up . They then raised the rent by almost $100 a month, which came out to around an 11% increase (the area average is around 5%). They plan on raising rent almost another $100 for another year.
