Towne Square Apartment Homes is an apartment community located in Maricopa County and the ZIP Code. This area is served by the Kyrene Elementary attendance zone. I have enjoyed the neighbors who are friendly. And the office staff have been very professional. Smoking is prohibited within twenty-five feet of any building and/or common area amenity or inside any building on the property.
Trying to get this apartment complex to perform basic landlord duties is like pulling teeth. The maintenance staff is very nice, the outside is kept clean, but the ownership could use some work. The apartment complex is at a convenient location, close to 101, restaurants and supermarkets. The complex area is quiet and kept clean. The management staff is quite helpful and almost all maintenance requests are completed within 2 business days.

Towne Square Apartment Homes is located in West Chandler in the city of Chandler. Here you’ll find three shopping centers within 0.7 mile. There are also five parks within 11.0 miles, including Pecos Park, South Mountain Park, and ASU Center for Meteorite Studies. We had very good first impression at Towne Square. However right after we decided to rent here things changed. SCAMS, SCAMS, SCAMS. They secretly increased the rent immediately after we paid for application, and asked us to sign for that.

There is no sound proofing between floors. They main pool is party central rules not followed. There are more updated places out there do your research. West Chandler is also convenient to the popular Lone Butte Casino.
They did not even bother to provide an acceptable explanation. They became VERY RUDE. We can either accept the new higher rent with anger or lose our money and walk away. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I don't even need to live there to know that.
